A latte is a beautiful drink made up of 8oz of steamed milk and 2oz of perfectly extracted espresso. We carefully pour the milk into the espresso drawing a Rosetta. When you see the rosetta you know you are getting a perfectly prepared latte. In order to make a rosetta you need perfectly micro foamed milk and lovely thick rich espresso. This drink is one texture all the way through, from start to finish. Commonly served with a flavored syrup of vanilla, hazelnut or almond.

A cappuccino is commonly confused with the latte. The ratios of espresso and milk are the same however this drink tastes stronger than a latte. We allow more air into the milk when we are steaming it so that it fluffs up more and settles on top of the espresso instead of mixing into it completely. The longer you let this drink set the more it separates. Commonly topped with chocolate or cinnamon powder.

The same look and feel as a latte but with homemade chocolate syrup, not powder. We combine the chocolate and the espresso in the bottom of your cup and pour micro-foamed milk into the mixture.

One of the most decadent, richest, boldest beverages available. It is even parts espresso and steamed milk. Because its 4oz only, we insist you enjoy this beverage in house in a proper cup. Serving this delicacy in a paper cup destroys the delicate flavors.

A double ristretto (restricted in Italian) shot of espresso equaling slightly less than 2 full ounces. We extract the finest parts of espresso into a warmed ceramic espresso cup so can fully enjoy the vibrant yet fragile elements of this drink just like the Italian's would want you to.

7 Ounces of hot water and 3 ounces of espresso laid on top. Similar to an American cup of drip coffee, brewed by the cup the freshest way possible. You can certainly taste the difference.
